Martha’s real estate career began after successful careers in the United States Air Force and the hospitality industry. Her military career took her to the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colorado and Beale AFB in Marysville, California.

She was a medical technician and worked in many different areas of the hospital. After serving 10 years she entered the world of hospitality working with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts. Sacramento, California was the first Hyatt she worked at. From there Martha moved to the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport. She was very successful as the revenue manager.

She also worked for the corporate office training employees on Hyatt’s cutting edge reservation system. Martha’s family has been in the Clermont area since the 1960’s and has seen the area go from being one of the leading producers of citrus to a nice bedroom community for Orlando.

Larry Hevner, Sales Executive

Larry grew up in Western Pennsylvania and attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania. After graduating in 1970, he spent a short time in the Army and then turned to the construction industry. Larry has nearly thirty years of experience in residential construction.

Twenty five of those years were spent running his concrete construction company in Northern Virginia. That kind of experience can help you find the home you are looking for.

Reading is a favorite activity. He also owned and operated a used book store in Manassas, Va. Swimming, biking and running are his favorite recreational activities. He enjoys competing in duathlons and triathlons. There is no better place for those activities than here in Clermont.
