Frances has lived in Central Florida since 1982 as a transplant from Boston, Ma. She moved to Florida taking advantage of the opportunity to leave the cold and snow for the sunshine. A nurse for many years and a mother of 2 grown children, she has the nurturing skills to help both buyers and sellers through every aspect of the home buying and selling process. Growing up in a large Irish family has helped refine her negotiation skills necessary for this business. She understands that it is the little things that matter most. Frances is a recreational runner, an avid sports fan, a great mother and a dynamite Realtor.

Marina Clark, Sales Executive
Marina comes to Travis Realty Group with a background in business ownership and as a Surgical Technician. Both of these careers require patience, careful consideration of others and strict attention to detail. By drawing on her past experiences, she is able to deliver results for her clients with the commitment and determination required to be a successful realtor in today’s market. Having moved from Virginia, Marina and her three daughters have called Central Florida their home for over 12 years. She credits her daughters as the driving force behind her desire to push and challenge herself in all aspects of her personal and professional life. Leading by example and remembering that a determined mind produces desired results, is the best advice she can give her children.
Marina enjoys spending time on the lake, road trips and is always looking for that special piece of furniture or art for her home to complement her eclectic sense of style. Deborah Collins, Sales Executive
Deborah is a successful business woman that opted for early retirement from the telecommunications industry. She has over 30 years experience with customer service and knows how to treat clients with respect, professionalism and humor. Deborah and her equally successful husband has traveled most of the world. Africa is Deborah’s favorite –– she’s been there three times!
After spending all that quality time with her beloved husband, Deborah missed the camaraderie of being with other people. She decided she needed to go back to work and began her career in real estate. Bringing all her past corporate and managerial background to bear, you can be assured of her attention to detail and appreciation for getting the job done well! She loves to help people reach their goals and dreams.
Deborah specializes in Central Florida for lakefront, golf front, new and resale homes, condos, town homes, and vacant land.
Larry Hevner, Sales Executive
Larry grew up in Western Pennsylvania and attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania. After graduating in 1970, he spent a short time in the Army and then turned to the construction industry. Larry has nearly thirty years of experience in residential construction.
Twenty five of those years were spent running his concrete construction company in Northern Virginia. That kind of experience can help you find the home you are looking for.
Reading is a favorite activity. He also owned and operated a used book store in Manassas, Va. Swimming, biking and running are his favorite recreational activities. He enjoys competing in duathlons and triathlons. There is no better place for those activities than here in Clermont.
